What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first visit typically takes 45-60 minutes. You’ll complete a short intake form, sit down for a one-on-one conversation with Dr. Stein, and receive an appropriate exam. He will explain what he recommends, or if chiropractic isn’t right for you, so you can decide how to proceed. Most patients have their first session the same day; in rare cases, Dr. Stein may request imaging first. While we don’t take X-rays on site, we refer quickly to nearby facilities in St. John, including cash-friendly options when needed.
Easy Scheduling and Access
Easy scheduling and access make getting care simple. We offer same-day appointments and accept walk-ins; walk-ins are seen as soon as possible while we respect scheduled times. Paperwork is handled in the office—no online forms to complete beforehand. You’ll find free parking on site and quick access from downtown St. John and local imaging centers just minutes away. If you have questions between visits, Dr. Stein believes in open communication and makes it easy to reach out.
Insurance and Payment
We participate with most major insurance plans and review coverage before care begins. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted, and if a plan is out of network we’ll explain costs and options up front.
